The ThermoLab AuraCore™ Pro Portable Pop-Up Home Steam Sauna brings the experience of a full-body steam sauna into the comfort of your home. Combining a powerful 1000W SteamPro® generator with a built-in 850nm near-infrared LED panel, it supports relaxation, recovery, circulation and healthier-looking skin—all with a setup time of around 2 minutes.
Designed with quad-layer 4.8mm patented insulation for excellent heat retention, the spacious interior comfortably accommodates users over 6ft tall. Every sauna includes a foldable chair, remote control, essential oil cup and washable floor mat, so everything you need is ready in the box.

How To Use
For most people, 3 sessions per week provides a great balance. If you're new to steam therapy, begin with 15-minute sessions and gradually increase to 30 minutes as your comfort and tolerance improve.

Set Up the Sauna
Place the sauna on a flat, stable surface and allow the pop-up tent to spring into shape. Assembly takes around 2 minutes with no tools required. -
Position the Accessories
Place the foldable chair inside the sauna, attach the built-in 850nm infrared LED panel and position the washable floor mat. -
Fill the Steam Generator
Fill the steam generator with clean water only. Do not add essential oils directly into the steam generator. Use the supplied essential oil cup for aromatherapy. -
Connect & Preheat
Attach the steam hose, plug the unit into a standard UK socket and use the remote control to set your session time. Allow approximately 5 minutes for the sauna to heat up. -
Relax & Enjoy
Sit comfortably inside, zip the sauna closed and enjoy a 15–30 minute steam and infrared session. Stay hydrated before and after use. -
Cool & Store
After your session, allow the sauna to cool, wipe the interior with a soft cloth and fold it back into the included carry bag for compact storage.
