14-Day Returns

SMUG Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you wish to return your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at sales@awennook.co.uk. We may request proof of purchase before authorising your return and providing the return address.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account and then contact your card provider, as refunds can take a few working days to appear. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@awennook.co.uk.
