Nanoleaf UK Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns

We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, products should be:


  • Purchased directly from Awen Nook.

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • In an unused condition with all original packaging, accessories and documentation where reasonably possible.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been authorised.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, develops a manufacturing fault, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error, Awen Nook will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair or full refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used where they cannot be safely resold. This may include items such as personal care products, beauty devices, sleep products or wellness products where the hygiene seal has been removed or the product has been used, unless the item is faulty.

Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order products may also be excluded from our standard returns policy unless faulty.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your eligible purchase for a refund (where applicable) and place a new order.
