Mamu Dreams products can be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received.

To request a return, please contact us.

Returns are charged at £3.50, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. You'll receive the return label.
  5. Repack the item securely before posting.

Important Return Information

Mamu Dreams products must be returned by post. The warehouse does not accept in-person drop-offs.

Please keep proof of postage until the return has been completed. It is recommended to post returns from a location that can weigh the parcel and provide a proof of postage receipt.

If arranging postage independently, customers should use a service that provides an appropriate level of tracking and insurance.

The return parcel must include the order number, customer name, address and reason for return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, Mamu Dreams products must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Free from makeup marks, perfume or signs of wear
  • Unworn, unwashed and in resellable condition

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges are not currently available for Mamu Dreams products. Returned items will be refunded, and a new order should be placed for any replacement item.

Please allow up to 14 days for the return to be processed once received.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within three business days of the return being processed. Bank processing times may vary.
