KOVE Delivery Information

KOVE products are delivered on a kerbside-only basis as standard. This applies to large items such as saunas, ice baths and outdoor wellness equipment.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days once the order has been processed and dispatched. Orders placed after 3:00pm, over weekends or on public holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

Kerbside delivery means the item will be delivered to the nearest safe external access point, such as a driveway, loading bay or kerb. Drivers do not carry items indoors, unpack products, remove packaging, position items or provide installation.

Many KOVE products are large and heavy, so customers should ensure suitable access is available and arrange enough help or lifting equipment to move the item safely after delivery.

Delivery dates and times are estimates only. Standard deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 18:00. Timed or weekend delivery may be available on request, subject to carrier availability and additional charges.

If no one is available during the delivery slot, redelivery charges may apply, especially for large or palletised items.

Please inspect the goods on delivery where possible. Any visible damage should be reported as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, with clear photos of the item and packaging. This helps KOVE process carrier claims quickly and does not affect statutory consumer rights.

Installation

KOVE does not provide an installation service.

Products are supplied as pre-cut, panel-based kits, similar in complexity to large-scale flat-pack furniture. This gives you the flexibility to appoint a trusted local tradesperson and avoid unnecessary installation costs.

Even with a 6 person barrel and cube saunas, two to three competent handymen can complete installation within approximately 2–4 hours. Many customers also choose to assist during installation, which can reduce time and cost further. 

Some products, such as sauna heaters above domestic plug-in ratings, legally require installation by a suitably qualified professional, for example a Part P registered electrician.

KOVE Refund Policy

KOVE products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging.

If you change your mind, unused and unopened KOVE products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. If the original packaging has been lost or discarded, KOVE may still accept the return, but a 20% restocking fee may apply.

How to Return Your Product

Before returning any item, please contact sales@awennook.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return

Products should be packaged securely and returned using a tracked courier service. Please keep proof of postage.

For larger products, pallet deliveries or saunas, KOVE will confirm the correct return procedure.

Return Timeframe

Once the return has been approved, the item should be shipped back within 14 days.

Refund Processing

Returned products are inspected on arrival to confirm they are unused and in acceptable condition.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 1 working day of inspection, although bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

KOVE products usually cannot be returned if they have been used, installed, powered on, opened, made to order or specially ordered.

Products Damaged in Transit

If a KOVE product arrives damaged, please report it as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photographs of the product and packaging so the issue can be reviewed quickly.

Used Products & Exceptional Circumstances

Used products cannot normally be returned. However, exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Bundle Purchases

Returning an entire bundle qualifies for a refund, subject to the conditions above.

Returning only part of a bundle will result in a partial refund based on the products returned.

KOVE Manufacturer’s Warranty

KOVE products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, provided they have been installed, used and maintained correctly.

Warranty support may include repair, replacement parts, product replacement or another suitable resolution depending on the product and fault.

The KOVE manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
