Return Policy for ThermoLab Products

ThermoLab offers a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return under our additional 30-day policy, your item must be complete and in a resaleable condition, including all original accessories, cables, components and manuals. It must be free from damage caused by misuse or improper handling and securely packaged for return shipping. Original packaging is preferred wherever possible. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at returns@awennook.co.uk with your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for your return.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll review your request and provide instructions on how and where to return your item. The return address may vary, so please wait for confirmation before arranging shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, where permitted by law and where this responsibility was communicated before purchase.

Return shipping costs are not included in the product refund. For eligible statutory cancellations within 14 days of receiving your order, return shipping costs are payable by the customer only where the applicable legal requirements have been met.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we'll cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.

Refunds

For eligible change-of-mind returns under our additional 30-day policy, the product purchase price will be refunded once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original delivery charges are not refundable for returns outside the statutory cancellation period, except where required by law.

For eligible statutory cancellations within 14 days, the product price and original standard delivery charge will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@awennook.co.uk, including your order number, a description of the issue and photographs or videos where available. We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in line with your statutory rights.
