Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Awen Nook, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached and in original packaging. We may not be able to offer a full refund if an item shows signs of wear or is not returned as received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of K-Masks that have been unsealed, unless the item is faulty or received in unsatisfactory condition due to a manufacturing issue.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item or change to a different size, please return the product to us and clearly state your exchange request inside the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once received, we will send your replacement item with complimentary shipping.
