How to Use

1. Lay the FLOE Red Light Therapy Mat on a flat surface such as a bed, sofa, or floor.
2. Plug in the mat and choose your preferred light intensity and timer setting.
3. Relax on the mat for 10–20 minutes per session, 3–5 times per week.
4. Use on bare skin or through light clothing for comfort.
5. After use, wipe clean and store flat or rolled in the storage bag.
